About me

Hello there! I’m Zoe.

If I had to describe myself in a few words, I’d say I’m a sensitive person, yet one who faces life’s challenges with unwavering persistence. I’m not particularly extraordinary or exceptionally talented; rather, I’m someone who strives to live and experience life with all my might and effort. It is precisely because of this that my life is filled with a rich spectrum of emotions and feelings.

On this website, you won’t just find me sharing happy moments or purely technical knowledge. I believe that life, just like our emotions, has its ups and downs. Here, I aim to present my most authentic self, including the negative emotions I experience when facing challenges or while writing - the sadness, grief, pain, and even indignation. On the flip side, I’ll also document how I gradually recover and learn from these experiences. By sharing these real-life journeys, I hope to foster a sense of resonance in you, and inspire you to believe: If I can do it, so can you.

Speaking of why I created this website, it actually originated from a personal habit: in the period leading up to graduate school, I consistently kept a daily journal. Even when day-to-day life seemed repetitive, I persisted in using writing to organize my thoughts, express my emotions, and heal myself in the process. During that time, my journal became an indispensable part of my life; it helped me to settle my mind and taught me how to nevigate my inner turmoil.

Later, as I embarked on my graduate studies, I began to contemplate how to extend this habit of documenting. I no longer wished to write solely for myself, but also hoped to create a space to record my incremental growth and progress - documenting what new knowledge I’ve acquired, what challenges I’ve overcome, and all the little things that accumulate over time. These records are indeed primarily for myself, with sharing as a secondary purpose, as I hoped to find a unified, centralized place for my learning and thoughts. Furthermore, the very process of personally building and modifying this website has become a powerful driving force, spurring me to write each article more actively, transforming my ideas into visible text.
